We are looking for a full time experienced/qualified groundsman to join our team. We are looking for a polite and punctual individual. The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications CS30, CS31 and wood chipper certificate anything extra is a bonus. They must be able to carry out general groundsman duties such as: * Hedge trimming & topping (unsupervised), * Rigging and keeping the ropes tidy at all times, * Competent in use of chainsaws * Sharpening the chainsaws * Operating the chippers * Helping out with the general maintenance of the machines, * Good quality clean up and workmanship. They must be willing to learn to operate machines such as: * Stump grinders * Avant loader * Excavators with attachments * Log splitters and processors. A driving licence is essential due to the location of our yard. Our work is a mixture of private and commercial so no two days are the same. Extra training and qualifications will be provided for the right person who shows motivation and commitment.
