  1. There are some Akimbo out there for testing but no produktion yet. The inventor is still tweaking to make it perfect. One of the lucky ba.....rds who has one made this video.
  2. I Climb on Tachyon and I think it's OK. But I guess the KM III is less bouncy?
  3. Cool pictures. Thanks for posting. Is that KM III you're climbing on?
  4. I want one! Is it available yet? Will be perfect with my HAAS.
  5. There's no going back after you have tried it. Can't even remember last time I climbed DdRT. True! Give it a shot!
  6. The cost of the Bulldog Bone with corrosion resistant links is $260.00 + $20.00 s/h ($40.00 outside the US) , to be paid by check , money order, moneygram, or Paypal ( add 5% if paying with PayPal to cover their transaction fee) In addition you need to sign a disclaimer to the inventor. (Gordon aka Surveyor) I had some issues with customs and had to pay additional import duty after a lot of weird questions... But man, when I finally held it in my hand, all shiny and new,,,,,, we'll it was all worth it.
  7. It has arrived! Thought about giving it a try today, but then I realized I couldn't get out of the chair because of all the Christmas food yesterday! Merry Christmas and a Happy new year everybody!
  8. That's simple enough with just a screw link. This guy, Jamie, is wizard tinkerer. Have a look at his project with the Akimbo ascender: Also the update: I for one will get one when it's available.
  9. Glad you told me Adam. Better switch to a ring then. Been using a biner....
  10. Is it a big no no to use an Alpine and a biner instead of a ring?
  11. After I got my CT Quickstep I retired my Pantin. Just got tired of the rope popping out of the Pantin on every Climb.
  12. Mine came with the European style spikes. I like them a lot.
  13. No problems with spiking your rope with that setup?
  14. What are the differences between the Bulldog bone and Rope Runner? Are they both midline attachable? Any up or downside in comparison with each other?
