Last year I decided to take up cycling again. I was knocking out reasonable times even downloaded an app on my phone to compare myself with others who have ridden the same roads. On my last ride I even set best times on 2 sections of road of a 30 miler. Has it inspired me? No it hurts, its knackering and my danglers still havent recovered so the wife's got a very posh clothes horse

Steer well clear of e bay. When I was searching I rang up about 3 different chippers in different parts of the country. The same nice Romanian chap answered the phone. I can't work out how he lives and works in England Wales and Scotland all at the same time -
