  1. Hey DC how's things matey?? Thanks for your kind words. And you weren't far out with the second attempt at a gnats cock under 700kg. A great experience too. Didn't catch on camera but we lifted a full tree , which was 2250 kg crane laughed at it. Cool Take it easy mate. :-)

  3. Yes I fully understand your point and I too use both, just wondered what people thought of them. Is the LPX the full chisel?
  4. Anyone else use them? Just wondered what your opinion of them was... I'm not getting much life from a sharpen, and no I'm not ploughing with them Lol !! :-)

  8. Looks all calm now, bloody wasn't this mornig!! Dam blackthorn and Hawthorne hedge removal. My arms are cut to threads, proper sore. Thanks to little Steve for the big bandit chipper though!
  9. A few nice drives on there. My dad used to be farm manager and gamekeeper at Ashford Hall so I've seen a few good shots!! Good springer too..

  12. Hey Reg, thanks. Yes the crane op could see me, he had a very relaxed attitude to the work as we found out when I asked him to extend the fly jib. Cause it hadn't been used in a while it wasn't greased and was a pig to knock the locking pins in. By the time he was done he was blowin out his arse!! Cheers

  19. Mines a 2009 I think I'll check though but mine is petrol kholer and I paid £6500 that looks like the diesel version.
  20. I'm using the Knut also, it seems to bite better than the VT in my opinion. Welcome to the forum, some good helpful people on here!!
  21. I doubt it would make much difference as it was a clean stem that was roped over, so there wasn't much tension on anyway. Perhaps it might have been the case if there were heavy laterals pulling at it.. Cheers
