  1. There not £100. With all the kit and attachments and for the go pro hero 4 the last time I looked it was going to cost £300 it pays if you have a YouTube channel like reg coats and August hunicke but up graded to the stein rc3001 instead. Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
  2. I would love too but can't justify buying those go pro cameras. I have a drone which is very handy to scan trees from the air from an inspection point of view but can see how spending the money will make me money! Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
  3. My groundsman can't keep up with just me maybe I work to quick and should slow down and earn more. Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
  4. Why would you need a couple of climbers to take it in turns? I've reduced massive oaks with me just climbing. Sounds like you need to get to the gym. Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
  5. Not sure why you are all measuring cord wood in tonnes! Down hear it's measured in solid cubic meters 40% air. I get an artic self loader and it can carry 29 cubic meters of solid wood. So (bit complicated) if you add 40% for air that's the volume of stacked timber laid up in forest. Which is roughly 40m3 sat on the floor all in 2.3 m lengths. The lorry is pretty packed Hope this helps Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
  6. What is the volume of 25 tonnes. As 1m3 of my kiln dried logs weights about 250kg so that's 100m3 in 5hrs!!!. I have a farmi wp36 and operating it my self I can get 15-20 m3 a day. Prossesing volume does differ if I have had my weatabix in the morning tho. Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
  7. I have a Toyota hilux. It has got 173000 miles on the clock and I bought it with 60000. Only replaced brake pads and the rear exhaust box. Next service is a cam belt and complete oil changes but that's part of owning a truck. It hasn't missed a beat and with Goodrich allterain tyres it honestly goes everywhere. You can lock the rear differential so the rear wheels get 25% of the power each. This is not the same in an unmodified defender. I previously had a defender which had a new engine, clutch, bearings in the gearbox, wheel bearings ect ect, when I researched which truck to get I all pointed to the hilux. All the other trucks had major faults like worping heads, axles cracking, leaf springs snapping and burning through clutches. I would recommend a hilux if you can find one.
