I have been toying with getting into a little light running for a couple of years.
I signed up last night, follow yours and Chunkymunky's lead.
The plan is to have a stab at the Eastbourne event this Saturday.
Regardless of my time, I am at least bound to get a PB (I may pass on posting the time up though)
John, Just how dedicated a non runner are you? I havent done any running since I left school in '87 (in fact I didn't run whilst I was at school either). Do you think I should get a little training in during the week? :-)
Possibly I should pick up a pair of trainers......
