  1. Hi Paul - I'm currently in an office based job but have started to get weekend work and booked my annual leave to get some days/weeks experience. I am seeking employment but transport is an issue. I am currently ahead of my schedule as come along way this year. My plan is to move to Arb work full time in April (I will have saved enough for a vehicle by then) due to probable drop in income as a groundie. If the right role comes along for the right money before I am out of the office though... . Thanks for the advice
  2. Hi, can anyone recommend the best training facility/trainers in/around Oxfordshire please? Keep getting the response that I need to wait for 3 other applicants before commencing CS39 and really need to get it ticked off asap. Would look at training individually if able to afford. Cheers, Al

  4.:lol: just read the rest of this thread!
  5. I find taking up a new sport is a great way to drop weight. If you set yourself of swimming a mile open water challenge for the spring any weight issues would be helped. Set a goal outside your comfort zone where you have to lose weight - get sponsored so people are relying on you to do the challenge and exercising and diet become important to helping others. It doesn't have to be a huge challenge to start with. Finishing even a mile run for charity with others is an uplifting experience in itself. Start listening/watching uplifting music/films etc and be around people that 'work out'. This is something I feel strongly about - You can do it
