  1. i usually have my seqouia hanging at my belt line when chogging. i had the same problem when i first started using mine i couldn't work out why it was hurting so much, but after messing around and finding a comfortable position it works a treat.
  2. this is a amazing idea and i shall be making me some cool looking gaurds over the next week. i will follow with pics
  3. 3 days in total so we met the quota on this tree, haha it would be hard pushed to do in a day after we wasted half a day with the police and the next door neighbor.
  4. yeah i totally see what you are saying just a bit of playfull banter between two arborists at work whilst the customer is not around. once there on sit we are nothing but professional
  5. very nice looking and im sure petzl will notice this and maby do there one kind of version but for now id trust the petzl.
  6. we have kept the wood at are log store to dry and and split
  7. yesterday driving home from job.
  8. so was given this job to complete with in 3 days! 70-80ft ash tree. tree had to be lowered and dropped on to small area of about 30 square feet nothing could go over to the grumpy neighbors side as he didn't want us on his land and call the police at one point. enjoy the pics we manged to get

  10. the seats are surprisingly comfortable for a police car haha! i know because i sat in the front and back of this car
  11. the temptation was great i must say, but no i didn't lol
  12. random police car at the last job site. thought youd all like to see it
  13. very lucky, i went and turned everything off at the mains after that.
  14. this had a old cable running up one side of the building to a old spot light and on the front of the building there was a spot light that i was told was turned off, turs out it wasnt when my silki tapped it and it gave me a small shock. woke me up at half 8 in the morning i give it that.

  16. oh yeah cant have that much leather on with out nursing a semi haha
  17. been doing a clearance job over the past few days, here are some pics. of how we got the ivy off the roof in a rather odd way.
  18. as good as they may be for forestry they really dont have much use with arboriculture except for the odd fell every now and then.

  20. it was just a little to large for me im quite thin so the waist didnt fit me properly, i know what you mean i had it for 2 years and it is still great. was also a little on the heavy side too.
  21. it is for sure best to try before you buy, i have a seqouia and i love it i used to climb on weaver harnis and i hated it i never felt safe in it.
  22. im currently climbing on the Petzl sequoia i have been using it for a few months and would highly recommend it. also using a new England union rope and DMM Ultra O Karabiners.
