In fact definitely try murthly saw mill , I was talking to them about buying some cord from the council and they told me to try a local chap but I can't remember the name ! I'm sure if you phoned they could point you in the right direction Paul

Last year Dundee council allegedly had loads available for uplift mate , not seen it myself but heard a few people on about it , might be worth a shout . You could also try murthly sawmill , just near stanley in Perth where I live , they sell logs in bulk cut and split so may have some cord .

I use a blakes and sometimes use it with a pulley which I find pretty good on longer climbs , wire cored flip line with isc rope grab , also liked the o rig setup when I tried it .

Getting cold here now ! There's an offer on the web for a nights stay at the spittal hotel 15 quid for the room for the night valid till April as long as there are rooms ! Offer ends tonight ! Breakfast included ! Just need snow

The western areas have had the most , one of my mates is up the gorm today ! Hope the missus has a speedy recovery! I'm at mar lodge and it looks pretty black and snowy up on the hill , still snowing lightly here !

Me too mate I live in Stanley in Perth , dying to go up for a slide , doesn't look a lot there from the road but it was pretty heavy in the way up , your in strathdon aye ? How's work ?
