    make a simple mould, and fill with concrete, probably cheaper to make than pay the fuel to collect.

    or the fuel tank might be pressurising, i cant remember where the tank breather is on a 254 but clean it out for sure,,

    he's more likely to cut him self with a silky than a chain saw !!!, elecy saws are excellent for this purpose, set him up with a decent saw horse, done ,
