  5. Hi all, am trying to get the chain plate guide off my husky 350 but can't seem to get the plastic gear off that covers the plate. I've taken the clutch off and the removed the screw holding the chain plate in place but for some reason I can't get the plastic gear off, it spins round but if don't want to force it in case I break it!! Lol Cheers all!

  7. Wood is wood, split it, season it then burn it!!!
  8. Another thing to note is that most wood splits easier when green so if your splitting with an axe or maul then leaving it to dry in rounds can take you a lot longer to split. Even if my stores are full I get them sawn into rounds then split as soon as possible so I don't have to do it when their drier!

  18. Well I just bought a Nav and am looking to insure with Aviva, can't see anything on there being a problem and I'll be insuring it for 100% private use only. Went through the online quoting and all seemed ok so will be buying with them when I pick it up!

  20. Hi all, I'm looking for some chainsaw training for domestic use around the Herts/ Beds area. I have see a course at Shuttleworth College: CS30: Maintain & Operate the Chainsaw (NPTC) But this is £370!! Bit steep for me. I've seen some LANTRA 2 day course for around £200 but not anywhere near me! Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adam
