  1. hi all need some help my wee saw cuts out and wont idle I have tried al lthe usual idle speed ect spark plug checked the piston and that seems ok. what I have noticed is an excess of fuel coming out of the exhaust mmm any ideas many thanks paul.
  2. the council squad round here do hommers all the time pocket the money and use the council equipment corrupt yep they are all the same they get a wage payed by us use equipment payed by us but yet there is stuff lying around on council property thats dangerouse and a mess

    Axes?

    i use a husqvarna small forest axe identicle to the gransfers bux fantastic axe light enough to carry about and sharp enough to cut anything also great for splitting small stuff cost me £38 Traditional (Multi-Purpose) Axe - Forest tools

  7. hi all just a quick one for you what kind of safety glasses do you use while climbing i have a petzle helmet with out the visor does my tits in so i use safety glases in stead but the ones im useing are mince any recomendations many thanks paul

  10. hi all first post will do a quick intro names paul own bydand tree services and have been in the buiness for 8 years self employed for two months now and well its slow but getting there based in north lanarkshire ok thats me love reading all you posts and advice very informative. ok my question is i have just returned from looking at a tree in a conservation area the tree is a mature beech badly leaning over a drive and next to a public path client want it felled now i advised her it was a conservation area and that local planning would need to be notified the tree would need to be section felled due to location and size of garden any advice would be great first time having to deal with planning thanks in advance. cheers paul
