  1. We burn tons of Leylandii and Lawsons logs every year, if you season it for 18months plus you dont get any spitting and it burns really hot. It may be faster burning but its free and doesnt eat into your hardwood stocks! My sweep says my liner is no different to customers who burn kiln dried only!
  2. Thats lovely mate, you are right thats a great compliment and an honour. Would love to see a pic of her. Hope she settles in well, good luck
  3. Its a Ficus, used to climb them in south east Spain. Same family as the fig i think, the sap like pva glue and burns the skin like fig.
  4. Hi, i have a 53plate which has done 250 thousand and going strong still. Have a mate whos a fitter who worked for a firm which runs them till 500 thousand. Have had a few Problems, clutch slave and master cylinders needed changing and a couple of other small bits, but these are normal wearing items. On the whole pretty good though. Find the lack of power the most annoying thing about it (90 hp). Will change it for a 115/125 The next one.
  5. I would lay money on it being the accelerator pump, most people don't change them when they change the carb kit. Its tricky if you don't know what your doing. Its something you need to be shown how to do, you can do damage to the carb if too heavy handed getting the pump out. Good luck with it
  6. Merry xmas all I get what your saying Rco about awkward conversations, i lived and worked in Spain for 8 Years, even speaking the language the sense of humour is different. Most goes over their heads. You fell kind of alone, i think you'll get what i mean. Nothing like home! Great vid enjoyed watching it, is that a proper helmet cam? If so what kind. Cheers
