Hi just fitted a new carb I use aspen fuel in my hedgecutter top speed fine just slow on pick up what needle needs adjusting?

I have it sitting flat on a shelf. When you take the bottom cover off the carb it's not flat had a few like this

My friend is a stihl dealer had it in there yest buttom of the carb looks warped its had a very small leak from day 1. Not leaking from metering needle

Put a new carb kit on it then done a pressure test still leaking from the bottom plate and the impulse hole

Like i say if I use a screwdriver and pull the clutch shoes out they say out and will not pull in

Hi the 3 part of the clutch don't move only if i force them with a screwdriver to open the up the engine runs fine

Hi got a stihl fs490 the clutch has suized over the last few months rev it no head spin the it did move but at low revs it cuts out took it apart and a bit rusty. What the best way to clean it and do you need to grease it
