  1. nope tree near me on bodmin still standing atm )
  2. is there still a market for "O" series saws apart from on the antiques roadshow ?
  3. Maybe an obvious question, but are you asking because you think if you remove it, and someone comes along and says it's there land, and you removed it without there consent, you could be sued ???
  4. Just a quick note, i'm not an arby, 25 yrs forestry, and I wouldnt insult even a green faller starting out at less than £70 a day,my guys generally take around £90.
  5. Is this the same job advertised on the directgov (jobcenter) website at £250 a week? Very cheap cutters in dorset, £50 an 8 hour day ,most brash dragging groundies make £60 plus with no tickets!
  6. Probably way off base, it's not helleri (japanese) holly is it ,they use that alot in bonsai.
  7. Nice job, a long shot before and after would have been nice, definately a difficult job pruning cherries and retaining the shape whilst thinning, hope it doesn't get and identity crisis when it realises it has a silohuette resembling an ash. Contentious!
  8. Just a small point and I expect i'll get slammed for this , but I have a friend who's a crane driver and lifting people (outside a cage)is regarded as bad practice, and riding hoisted loads or allowing it is a dismissable offence,as the crane is only insured for materials lifting and lowering, just a thought, you may now barate me at will!

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
