postcode here is KA18 2RF, last cabinI built was 1 load, run in around 20 ton, but this again depends on what the wagons are rated at, 100 logs is being on the generous side to cover any problems during the build, and allow for changes, ie porch, partitions and boarded floor and roof lining, the group has a budget, and although its not finite, I'll need to try and stick to it. hoping it can all be done in larch, lasts a lot better and a lot less shrinkage, also dont have the sticky sap problem...lol.....getting a bit tooold now for the black "spiderman " hands every night!!!

cheers brian, yes, they'll be getting milled, 10" gives me nice 6" parrallel double "d" logs. a lot easier to build with, as long as there reasonably straight, any kinks can be worked ino the build. any ideas about carraige, as i dont have the capablity to haul

 8. chris , terribly sorry for not getting back quicker, yes itll take a chipper, 2 options, straight on the din plate, or onto 3 point linkage, rotation on the front pto is reversed to the rear, some chippers do this, otherwise its a reverser box from atkinson vos, you can basiclly stick anything on the front that you can stick on the back with a mog
