  8. I always get a bit of cloth an put a bit of petrol of it an rub the arms before a shower an takes it straight off! Or the misses nail varnish remover works a treat! If it gets on the ropes, straight in the washing machine!!!
  9. I'would always go for the real deal, certainly not worth saving a few quid with dodgy 1's!!

  16. Just out of interest shouldnt u only be using spikes on a tree thats being removed, therefore it dosent matter what the spikes do to the bark?

  19. Yeah tried the plug aswell seemed to b fine, even replaced it!! Ill try the HT lead in the morning an inspect that, thanks.
  20. Yeah had a look at that an seemed to be fine! Couldnt understand how i could be using it for a bit then it would suddenly cut out, would always take a few pulls tho to restart it. The only thing i did notice was that the chain looked like it was oiling more than usual!!
  21. Hi all, was using my 200t today and it suddenly cut out mid cut! Pulled it a few times an it finally started up would run for a minute then cut out again, pulled again an lasted 10 seconds before cutting out an so on. Was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem an knows what it maybe? Thank you in advance!!!

  23. Hi all, I'm a newbie to this site but find my self addicted already! The wealth of knowledge on here is incredible. Was just wondering when u lot use spikes to climb does this harm the tree in anyway? Also I'm looking to build up my own equipment as I go along an didn't know if any1 knows of any1 selling a pair?
