  1. haha awsome, dint know that. them yew were road side so it was possible that kids had put nails and the like into them so a handy feature

  3. My mate has 3 large yew logs avaliable. Roughly 12ft long and 2 are about 18" and he other 1 is about 10". Pics to follow hopefully if I get sent some pics. Pm for contact details

  7. thanks, i was thinking cobra as opposed to cable as its non invasive. i thought it may stop the split spreading in storms etc and may help the callus form as it would reduce movement of the split, atleast thats what i thought

  13. could well have been, but wouldn't that have affected the others local to them? for got to mention that 1 is sprouting from the base
  14. been to look at 2 rowan today for removal. 1 is completely dead and the other is only just alive but is coming out as well. the owner said both have gone in the last year and appeared healthy before. i know its a bit vague but any reasons as to why both would die so suddenly. others in area appear fine. thanks, Gary

  17. turns out iv got a dicky fuel gauge, has been showing empty with 20 liters left in the tank. iv only just got the truck so only just found this out. i was working it out at 18mpg! like i say thankfully the fuel gauge is dicky and its actually doing 27. last time i trust a fuel guage

  20. Hi, anyone done a mpg comparison with and without a hi capacity truck man back? i have one on my double cab ranger and mpg is shite with it on, not tried it off yet

  24. it looks like it can be as the spanner thingy fits on the middle? tried using a stihl piston stop and turning this but had no joy. i thought the stihl one might be different but thought id give it ago anyway
  25. Hi, i have recently brought my first husky, a 395 and i love it but i cant figure out how to get the clutch off to change the procket to a 8 pin , does this need to come of or am i completely on the wrong lines?. any help appreciated
