  3. yeah just checked their website out no 4x4's at the minute, like the rodeos but i can't find any under 4000 decent, i could probs stretch to 3,300 so ill keep my eye s open, and a royal enfield fury lol they sound beautiful as my dad would say but nothing will beat a screaming 600!! hate talking about bikes cos i bloody love mine but three kids, wife and morgage change priorities, but stil carnt beat abit of knee down fun!

  6. I'm doing it the other way round working full time during the week, and working for myself on the weekend saving the money I earn for a chipper and a van, I'm finding pricing the hardest bit !!
  7. Yeah I'm on full time at the minute but want to work sat/sun climbing to develop my own business/reputation !!

  11. It was no big deal really more of a warning to be careful, you do it day in day out year after year and it'd these little things that remind you to check, and double check, I just couldn't get a way with the vt, the distel seems better so far.
  12. As a man of variety i thought id change my hitch climber set up from a vt to a distel got about 10ft up, let go thinking the knot would grab the rope, it didnt I shot back down at about 100mph i grabbed the end of my rope and slowed it down,always remember to check and double check. holla.

  15. Back on the lv now mate, went down south but I'm not keen on digging away, contracts up for renewal in sept so we'll see what happens.
  16. Someone said to me last week you'll do the most awkward trees to prove I can do it. No one likes a smart arse but I prefer to have a go before I say I couldnt do it, there's always a way and that's what attracts me to contract climbing.

  18. Personally if Im pricing a job, I think you can't get a skip for £100 let alone climb It chip and remove it, whilst maintaing a professional standard.
