on the honda gx engines or copies I use normal 15w40 and never had one fail well not from engine wear the last one I replaced was flattened by a lorry but that doesn't count

Well. The valve block had an internal fault. It would have had to be sent away to a specialist, so they replaced it with a secondhand one free of charge. Machine is not even in warranty, so very good of them really.
sounds more like an inherent fault if the dealer replaced it for nowt

we just completed the build of a kindling machine to use up some of the conifer that gets disposed of it comes off fairly stringy but I think this helps it catch alight conifer is good for it as it catches easy and burns hot and fast and its cheap

I've done quite a bit of work in the landfill sites I've seen the lads playing golf with them ,you end up with bits of rats everywhere its minging

You do know that they make some of the most reliable cars available?
The benefit is safer cars on the road.
if you look at your typical asian family they will most likely be buying Toyota nissan mitsibushi and also if you look at the news any self respecting isis or Taliban biffo wont be seen dead in a land rover I wonder why ps I aint racist

there a few post on here about them do it yourself they are easy to do

I've had that problem on an old car it was the synchros that were worn it was cured by changing to a synthetic oil in the box

550xpg pay the extra for the heated handles toasty toasty second choice would be the echo as I quite like they're build quality

I saw something similar. Just a question of getting hold of such a device!
they have limited use a gauge is far better for your type of problem

eBay no 310559663893
test hose and gauge

I am starting to suspect some kind of debris lodged somewhere too I have removed three pressure relief valves now, and cleaned them with an airline, so starting to suspect the block where the oil comes into before the valves operate the tracks is the fault.
stop farting about and stick a guage on it until you do its a total guess
-
I must have inferred something wrong from what Breezeblock had found then.
I thought top high speed was with both pump outputs controlled by a pressure operated diverter valve.
it is according to the diagram but the pressure gets limited to 120bar the 2 speed part is controlled by a solenoid
did you get a gauge on it yet until you do its just guesswork
ps excuse my poor English I am **** at explains things
-
the first thing you have got to do is get a gauge on it its total guesswork until you get facts and figures
-
I've had a look at the diagram and from what you describe it looks like the 3cc section of the pump is bypassing the valve limits it to 120 bar when its activated bringing in both pumps to increase the flow and 170 bar when its not so you definitely need to start by putting a gauge on it
-
I have had a look at tcp website and there are service manuals on there have a look at them guages are not that expensive any hydraulic supplier should be able to sort you out it looks like minimess fittings for the test points take one with you
-
have you stuck a pressure gauge on the machine yet do the other functions on it work ok
-
tdl is my employer and we are the only sany dealer in the uk have a look at sanys website they do a huge range of equipment and are one of the biggest manufacturers in Asia I have had a look at them and they seem pretty well screwed together Malcolm plant and ab2000 in Scotland have started buying them as well they use the same components as most other manufacturers there are some pretty good deals to be had

Seriously though can any one send me a link to a £6 chain?
if its £6 it could be a broken link
-
i agree, hmm a crafty fellow might but a straight through exhaust and bypass it. put a blank on the return.
you can't do this as the pressure across the dpf is monitored by the ecu all the time thats how it knows the restriction is there and its also got a thermo couple in it as well the only way to get around it is reprogram the ecu and get shot of the egr and the dpf or buy a machine from abroad without all that crap fitted
-
You'll be luck to life a winch on and off the size you'll need to pull a mog. Ok to swap about in yard but not on site and definitely not lift onto a locker to store!
Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
ah I forgot about the heavyness factor
-
what about mounting it on a plate so that you can remove it and fit it front or back and store it in a locker when not needed

Here's a few pictures of our new machine being delivered this week. One very happy operator now!
that stupid dpf exhaust really restricts vision out to the r/h rear of the machine remember don't let them idle for long periods of time keep them hot and they should be hassle free
hydraulic valve problem?

if its the same as the honda set up you could pack a shim behind the spring
