  10. Thanks for replies I realise pic is hard to see how much it's moved. But from where I took pic the neighbors house is underneath and the garden it's in I had to jump down to it. Not a lot of room in the garden its in for pics that side. Could it b possible to hold middle stem with a tirfor winch? While work is carried out,For safety? Thanks Tony
  11. I went to look at this tree this morning. As the neighbour is very worried that the tree is leaning more than it was after the last storms.as I looked from his garden it's the stem in the middle that is the worst. Along with the left to. Is it pos to work of the right hand only? Or double lines from right and far left.? To remove the middle. The tree is a willow. I did look at it in the garden were it is was hard to get a good pic as there is a drop to it from the house.plus hedge. There is no room for cherry picker

  14. Hi all can anyone help and let me know what may have caused the leaves on this walnut tree to go the way they have in the picture.The tree is laden with walnuts but they are soft and are oozing a liquid out of them when squeezed. Thanks Tonyp
  15. Celebrated my birthday today and visited kew gardens wearing one of my new arb talk t shirts that the kids got me ...pic was taken next to the tree seat that me and my late father made 25 yrs ago in memory of the Lockerbie disaster.
  16. no im not 100% sure if it was who they said they were.I spoke to 2 different people both claiming they were from there in 2 separate phone calls,i was given the address of where the job was which was just round the corner from me and the other call was supposedly from a manager who even offered to try payment via my electric key but then said they couldnt do that either it had to be card!! Luckily i gave no details as i am always cautious of doing that anyway.Thanks for your help though :-)

They wanted to pay me to carry out some work for them and said they could only pay by credit card but i dont have that facility and when i asked her if she wanted bank details to pay into there she said they couldnt do it that way??? I lost the job because of it and just asking to see if other people on here had tat means of receiving money
  19. Hi all just a quick question regarding payments. I was contacted by edf to clear a way to a electric box but trying to sort out a method of payment with them the only way they could do it was by credit card. I'm a small business and have no set up for this kind of payment and just wondered if its done by electric machine or a number via your bank??? Thanks Tony

  21. Hi all can u tell me what this fungus is please .I found it on a dead cherry tree which ive since removed. the fungus is also growing through the hedge,will it effect the hedge?.the hedge is a privet which does not look very healthy.
