Can you help with this off topic request, We have a Honda rotary mower HR194 and the clutch is stuck i.e continually engaged and will only run as a direct drive (it rotates with the crank) I had it apart and could not find a problem. Two points when welding site equipment, 1 Make sure you disconnect the battery, as you don't want it to explode. 2 Keep the earth clamp as close to work area, as you don't want to be changing bearings that have run the arc across (through) the rolling elements.
