  7. Yes good man, the first taker. 1500 on the bar anyway technique etc. you know your self what you do, all i say is in proper form. i suggest you wear gloves my friend, i wear cycling gloves to do them. Day 4 and 5 Done feeling good, half way now.

  11. this is the pull up bar i use. i use x4 different grips x2 palms away x2 palms in. x2 15 reps x 2 10 reps = 50 x 3 = day done. in all honestly i though it was crazy idea, but amazing how your body get used to it so fast. i was doing a few before but nowhere near 150 per day. have a go...

  14. yeah just a pull up bar that slots over door way. very simple but can alternate grips which i like. so i change grip after every set.
  15. i am missing it too ross?? check out these boots 30 quid cant go wrong, get my pair next wk. love the salwea's but pee's me off they fall apart so quick, the glue is rubbish. for 150 quid you want better i think.   16. day 3 done getting easier already
  17. day 2 done, spread it out over most of the day was actually ok. sets of 10 and couple 15. see how i am feeling tomz.
  18. day 1 done! i feel like i am carrying another person on each arm. today is going to be killer. big night out really doesn't help for the next day by the way. Oops i think once get you to day 3/4 or should be getting better. i did the 200 press up challenge, i think mark got me on to that and was good way of pushing your self.

    Any one used one of these's yet? just bought one looks great but.... why is the retrieval ring rope so long? seems like the small ring goes through the Dmm ring but only when pulling horizontally or vertically? could be a problem when you least need it. cheers mog
