  1. im not the best with words lol. they do supply boots and gloves they just recommend that you get your own. college im hoping to go to is Sparsholt, near Winchester. also applied to some others aswell
  2. snows all but gone from round here from what ive seen they tend to be cheaper, and for a two year course where i doubt ill be doing alot of climbing. probs easiest if i ring the college and speak to the tutors
  3. cheers for all the fast replies ppl trousers and helmets are supplied by the college, so no need to worry bout those for a couple of years. on the boots side of things, ive been considering the wellie boot style, and lookin to spend under £80 if i can. havant come across timberland yet, but ill have a look
  4. Hello everyone this is my first post I'm starting a Higher National Diploma in arboriculture in september and i plan to get a pair of saw gloves and boots. internet research has led me to husqvarna, oregon and a few others. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Cheers
