    meindl all the way been using them for years now havent tried the airstreams yet but its like putting a pair of slippers on when u step in to new meindl boots .p.s wouldnt bother with the pfanner bought one of the lads some and he didnt stop winging how cold his feet were
  2. ok we r looking for a experienced (min 5 years) climber with good knowledge of reductions on fairly big tree's start date would be soon as possible Working up till the 21st of dec.(this can be extended ) this is a on the books position (due to health insurance reasons) you will be working in a four man team consisting of lead climber (you) second climber third climber/groundie and a groundie . we are an English speaking company (im English myself ) you will recive a contract of employment in english we will provide u with a bank account and help with all the relevant registration here in austria We provide flight and digs, the digs consist of a 150 m2 shared flat with four bedrooms , shared lounge and kitchen with washing machine (the flat is in the city ) all the heating internet and bills are taken care of by us you will recive a mobile from us (local calls only) so what you get in your hand is yours . you will be collected from the airport on arrival and given a day to settle in . ive been doing tree work for 17 years now lived in vienna for 15 years we are a family run business and a very competent and high quality tree care company and thats what we do we dont do site clearance we dont do utility work we dont work saturdays we do tree care (working hours get in the van at seven get out the van between 4:30 and 5:00) when u get in and out of the van ur at home so no long drives to the yard in the morning so if this little ad has caught ur eye and you are in to doing good tree work then check us out our web page is SMITH TREE SOLUTIONS - Die Baumspezialisten (sorry only in german ) my nr. 0043 650 22 61 610 text r call me ill call u back (please dont call after eight pm your time as the little one is in bed by then.) if u pm me please leave a nr. looking forward to some replies thanks in advance damian sorry bout the bad spelling and punctuation :thumbup:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

  24. i offer rookies 1,000 euro per month take home on the books plus accomadation and flight but guess what theyve got to work for it , and ive had some good ones and some bad ones the best r always the HONEST ones who say they cant do much but they r willing to give it a go ,we normally give a one month trail basis if they good they can stay, if they can hack it, witch is the most important because as we all know its a bloody hard job regardless of climber r groundie .dont forget its a team effort u can have the best climber in the world if the stuff dont get shifted then ur stuffed TEAM WORK is the most important thing in our industry so to u rookies out there dont work for nothing its not worth it work for a few quid get some experience and see if u can go further, my opinion is that it takes a least two to three years to get of the rookie ladder then u can start asking for a bit of decent penny . as i say this is just my opinion of 15 years on the tools and still counting cheers damian
