  2. to be honest i didnt actually check that , we had the rope access boys come in and fit , and rate it for us . but im sure rob has a pic of it .

Due to one of our climbers having to leave for personal reasons, we are naturally looking for a replacement , we will not be looking for a experienced climber to replace him but a rookie , the reason for this is that our last rookie (been with us bout 12 months) has now moved up the ladder and now spends all week in the tree ,(just an example of the progression we offer) We offer flights (EU) accomadtion, a shared flat with the boys including bills internet and workphone. you will be provided with TM harness NE Rope Pulley Saver , Hitch cimber pulley etc etc , we promote the use off srt for tree acces and for climbing (rope wrench) and we also try to stay upto date with the newest climbing techniques and equipment. We offer a quality service to local authorites (Parks,kindergardens,street Trees,etc) and the private sector , we dont do vegatation management . hours of work 07.00 till 16.30/17.00 position available as of start of next month it will be based on a one month trail period and then fix (on the books ) up till xmas , with a review for next year as a permanent posotion What you need driving licensce arieal recue ticket saws on the ground ticket climbing ticket (sorry i dont know the nos.) good work ethic , arb is tough hard work be able to turn up on time be able to work in temps ranging from plus 40 deg. to minus 25 deg. be able to work in a team to accept the fact that you will be on the ground most of the time for the first four months to be able to take a risk on this thanks for taking the time to reads this our contact details are name damian smith email [email protected] tel 0043 650 22 61 610 give us a mail ill call u back cheers damo

  15. Another example of great team work, big thanks to all the team James Morrey , Jack Price , Greg Simons , and Rob taylor . We still have three more days on site , it should get a bit easier as we get further down the banking , hope so I felt like I'd been run over by a train on friday night.   18. hey all You have probably seen our previous posts regarding our job opportunities in Vienna, Austria. I am currently visiting family in the UK (North West) for Christmas and thought it would be a good opportunity to meet some of you guys in person. We have two positions currently available in our team for an immediate start in Jan. The positions available are groundie and climber. We will be looking to do interviews on the 8th of Jan in Chorley, Lancashire at my mate´s tree firm. You will be expected to do a short climb to show us what you can do.   19. three fantastic days out of nine altogether on site, took 18 oaks down on that banking it was hard going, thanks to a great team cheers damian
  20. just like to give a very big ,big , . Big up to all the guys on site in this vid , it wasnt an easy situation at all . it has taken us 9 days to take out 18 oaks on that banking not a thing broke big respect well done guys , pleasure working with ya.

    meindl all the way been using them for years now havent tried the airstreams yet but its like putting a pair of slippers on when u step in to new meindl boots .p.s wouldnt bother with the pfanner bought one of the lads some and he didnt stop winging how cold his feet were
  22. ok we r looking for a experienced (min 5 years) climber with good knowledge of reductions on fairly big tree's start date would be soon as possible Working up till the 21st of dec.(this can be extended ) this is a on the books position (due to health insurance reasons) you will be working in a four man team consisting of lead climber (you) second climber third climber/groundie and a groundie . we are an English speaking company (im English myself ) you will recive a contract of employment in english we will provide u with a bank account and help with all the relevant registration here in austria We provide flight and digs, the digs consist of a 150 m2 shared flat with four bedrooms , shared lounge and kitchen with washing machine (the flat is in the city ) all the heating internet and bills are taken care of by us you will recive a mobile from us (local calls only) so what you get in your hand is yours . you will be collected from the airport on arrival and given a day to settle in . ive been doing tree work for 17 years now lived in vienna for 15 years we are a family run business and a very competent and high quality tree care company and thats what we do we dont do site clearance we dont do utility work we dont work saturdays we do tree care (working hours get in the van at seven get out the van between 4:30 and 5:00) when u get in and out of the van ur at home so no long drives to the yard in the morning so if this little ad has caught ur eye and you are in to doing good tree work then check us out our web page is SMITH TREE SOLUTIONS - Die Baumspezialisten (sorry only in german ) my nr. 0043 650 22 61 610 text r call me ill call u back (please dont call after eight pm your time as the little one is in bed by then.) if u pm me please leave a nr. looking forward to some replies thanks in advance damian sorry bout the bad spelling and punctuation :thumbup:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
