  1. I started my own partnership with my brother when I left college and we have never looked back start small and just keep investing while your young. I'm 20 and my brother is 26 it just takes a lot of hard work, no time off really for 2 years, but it's worth it. Don't worry about experience it comes with time, just take you time and in the end your industry safe. Do you bit for the unemployment and go self employed get a small loan and just manage the monthly payments. Go into it with all your energy and you cant go wrong. There will be the odd sleepless night. Use an agricultural accountant and get all the support you can. Its a young mans game so don't wait until your old to start up. Do it when your young with no commitments then you can grow very quickly with no family to support. There are no arb jobs out there so make your own! go straight to the top! Good luck Richard

  10. hi I have just tried to change the blade which i have done many times before but have now mangled one of the torx bolts. I have tried bolt and screw extractors but they didnt work. I think it may have to go to an engineer with an air impact driver, but if anyone has any ideas about removing the bolt it would be appreciated. Thanks Richard
