  1. I havent seen a Ischnoderma resinosum yet, maybe it is the cousin,as apposed to the benzoin? confidence is good:thumbup1: Imjust adding my thoughts, as always with ears and eyes wide open rather than blinkered, everytime im wrong I learn something.

  9. a survey key is just a list of terms and their meaning, like saying "some deadwood" if there is no survey key to tell the reader what "some" means, i.e upto half a dozen small branches. and by that youll also have to have a key description for small, or you will be marked a point down.

  21. Well, to be fair it is an over used "get out" I probably install 1 or 2 a year, and im dealing with lots of trees with faults and decay on a annual basis

  23. Well I might suggest they need to update their arb skills
  24. its whether you can defend the action taken that maters, doing what is reasonable as they say. the courts dont expect you to eliminate risks entirely, only to manage, MANAGE NOT ELIMINATE, those risks in a recognised, and sometimes tested (in court) manner
