    Evening all. I'm looking at replacing the tipper body on L200 from a factory supplied one to a box aluminium one. 1st question does anyone know of any companies in the North East? 2nd question can someone please tell me what the correct name of the aluminium ( boards) or sheets are called that are used? Is is honeycomb ? 3rd question if so any idea where I can purchase the correct materials from? Many thanks in advance Darren

    Hi Mark Re the blue hilux on eBay I rang up about that 6 month ago & was sold then.I also emailed the guy through eBay 4 month ago & asked why it was still on eBay.His response was can't remove the listing mmmm dodgy or what.Same guy also offered me a white one so if he has it whys it not advertised. Stay clear I'd say.

    Been offered 1600 cube of woodchip.question is would my farmland benefit from it if I mixed it with cow manure?? Because there would be too much for me to use as mulch

    Pondering with the idea of putting a 3 phase motor onto my palax power 90s firewood processor. Do any arbtalkers run 3 phase machines?What are the pro's/con's do you find they have any power compared to a pto machine?

    Truck was put on diagnostic computer numerous times fault code kept saying turbo overboost.Tried fuel additives new fuel filter additive directly into fuel filter.so basically tried the cheapest options first.One mechanic was gonna have me buy a new turbo!!! Apparently there's no point putting new egr valves or anything like that as they will run 100% for a while & then problems start again if engine is coked up with carbon. My solution to the problem has worked so far.

    My 2006 L200 tipper kept going into limp mode ie engine management light coming on so lack of power.If you turned key on & off whilst driving the pickup regained its power but emlight would still be on. After many an hour googling & arbtalking with people hazording a guess I rang a company called terraclean.They said they could sort this with a full system clean ie egr valve turbo waste gate clean etc basically a decoke. So I sent it to a agent to be "terra cleaned" 1000 mile later & truck is running like new even though it has 97000 on the clock. I would recommend terraclean to anyone

    Very rarely does hardwood come available in Northumberland & then if it does then there's a list of people waiting for it. Just take a look at woodlots & see where in the country all the timber is.
