This is pretty much what i do as well, i will happily pay a good groundie a ton, but they must be good, and need to know what to do with out me shooting instructions from above. I pay my 16 year old nephew £60 a day for labouring. I believe in paying people what they are worth to me, an even at 16 he can out perform many an older lad, and go the extra mile if i ask him. In my last job i was payed £60 a day, and swore i would always pay what people are worth, it makes me feel right as well, i know what its like to struggle......

When i do repairs to my pick up, does that mean i could be in the shtoop for not being a qualified mechanic ! Or do i have to wait until i cut myself trying to get the rear springs off again.......... Its a crock off tosh ! Yeah got my renewal from NFU the other day too........96 hilux import, 43 year old driver with clean sheets.............up from 550 to 740............straight on the phone .......again ! 10 minutes later 580, why did they just not do it right in the first time rather than gettin me to burst an artery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
