    I agree but I'm prepared to take on someone who doesn't mind listening to what is said and gets on with the job. Yes experience is good but not always, sometimes they pick up bad habits on the way. With the staff I have had over this current year they just don't put the effect in, There not bothered you could wave a wad of money in front of there eyes and they still won't budge!
