  1. I have had a 017 for about 10 years, flawless, relible and robust, i assume that the MS-170 is the newer version of these,(correct me if im wrong). I would think that for carving a 170 would be suitable.
  2. Thats a jaw dropping climb up a ladder with no harness or anythin to secure himself, i wonder how many of you chaps would climb that ladder, i certainly wouldn't! Nutter
  3. Igenious but down right dangerous, I would never have even contemplated using ladder "off" the ground like that, notice there is no-one up the tree is that because they fell out!
  4. Needs to sharpen his saw dosen't he?? takes long time to get through such small diameter wood !

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
