  1. Well it sounds easy so ill give it a go, if it all goes tits up I will blame the cook and tell her she overloaded it or something.
  2. Ye thats made me think twice about doing it now. Ill give it a go and I will have my the cooks brother to help me.
  3. The fire place is the right size and the flue would not need relining. Not planning to fit a boiler either. Could I fit it alone or would some sensible assistance be required?
  4. Anyone ever installed a log burning stove? If so how easy was it and how would I get it checked?
  5. Well I was advised to go for my climbing rescue before my small trees but opted for small trees (like a plank) as I thought it would bring more work. But on the up side it has got me a few smaller jobs on weekends etc and a bit of cash in hand never hurt anyone (especialy the rates of tax I pay). Have seen people doing the climbing though and it looks tough but I will try (almost) anything new.
  6. If you fancy details of the best places to stay, go etc just pm me.
  7. 2 Febuarys ago mate a week cost me £175 self catering and the quad was like £40 for the week me and 2 mates went and all together we spent £1300 all in.
  8. I agree about a quad in the canaries but have you thought about cyprus? Beautifull country and again if you hire a qaud endless days of site seeing and fun.
  9. Khriss good advice mate. Minus the womans clothing bit thats just plain wrong mate.
  10. Dannymc

    angry kid

Thought I would lend a hand.
  11. Pity you dont live a bit closer to the Lakes John ive a mate with a small plantation from which we recently supplied the local garden cntr with a 28ft tree for.................£40.00 Sying that was evil...... Are you trying to make a grown man cry.
  12. Sorry to have hit a nerve let me rephrase what I said. I dont suppose theres a fair in town is there. My old man had his 880 nicked not so long back and the police reckoned it was the show people from one of the local fairs. Result - the police didnt even look into it, my dad down over a grand. But I would also like to bring your attention to exactly what I said, the police said they reckoned it was the gypsies from the local fair not me. It seems though that these showmen (it may just be in the West Midlands) travel from place to place and mess up everywere they go for example every park they went to in Birmingham.
  13. Looks like the type of dog to lick you to death. How old?

  15. Well its what she does best, well second best anyway.
  16. Dropped my tree to the new house last week. 7 foot and it cost me sweet F/A i took it from a site were the estate team have been clearing bushes of rhodie ponticum. Never seen such a perfectly formed tree either. The cooks gonna love decorating it shes only 5 ft herself.
  17. Allright mate, is there plenty of work in North Wales then?

  18. No to sheep. Sheep tend to shag other sheep and i dont like cheaters.
  19. Well Im a sharing type of bloke so maybe. Whats mine is yours and whats yours, well I have probably already had.
  20. Lads dont suppose theres any room for a new lad? Moving to stockport with my missus on the 14th and will probably need a break by then.
  21. There may be one more problem with that its called a mortgage, she has one and she will be renting out her house, and our aim is to get one together. But I do stress she is beautiful and a good cook so it will be worth it in the long run.
  22. No special liscence. Who would I contact about railway work, (see im bloody clueless)
  23. Peter I like your way of thinking but if it was that easy do you not think I would be at the pub now instead of on here trying to find work? On the up side I have enough cash to see me through christmas and new year (although her present cost me £250 and the rest of my family have bled me dry) but I can still spend every other day in the pub getting how do you say out of it. By the way just to let you know that the telegraph is not read by many 20 year olds nowadays I find the sun or the mirror more appealing.
  24. Beddgelert close to Caenarfon. The reason I am am moving is she is a darling, and shes also 11 years older than me and in a stable job as a teacher.
  25. rb tree you dirty minded man Thanks for the rest of the advice as well.
