  1. Everywhere kinda looks like this...Not many people,no noise,just a whole lot of Nature!

LAX was where i was re-united.After 23 hours in a mask but it was worth it.First time we were able to spend time together after nearly two years of daily conversations.Now we had three months to continue our courting.After a long drive we arrived at what was to be my home for a while amongst the mountains of the Santa Ynez Valley and about fifteen minutes from the Pacific Ocean.

None of the above lads.Its over 35 years since i became a father and ive been a Grandfather for a decade...I live in a kind of natural world these days where the land meets the sea.Everyday is the same,only the weather changes and only two genders....But my life has changed. Especially if you read my original post.So after sorting through about 5,000 pictures i am now ready to complete this thread.And spoiler alert....it has a happy ending! That involves Love and Trees. The most important things in my life.But first i have to go back a year to my vacation and the day i finally met my Soulmate.So here i am now......but how did i get to this point in my life? (Chapter 222) "The further Adventures of Silky Fox"
  4. I'm trying to make a trunk call...Silky Fox calling Arbtalkland...You are never going to believe what's just happened. But before i tell you i need to bring this thread up to speed.I have not been able to keep up with the events in my life these days thats for sure.But i kind of expected things to take off.The power of positivity!

  6. This would soon become the most important journey of my life.
  7. I stayed awake for the full 11 hour flight which was quiet and smooth and thoroughly exciting.
  8. I had this view of the Sunset for hours as we chased it around the globe...
  9. If I'm travelling 5,200 miles I want to do it with a [emoji636] on it.
  10. In November the border to the USA opened and it was time to leave my Ancient City.
  11. Much of last year was spent climbing alongside my mate at Absolute Arbcare.Thanks for the work Matty!
  12. So lots of time with the dog over the last couple of years.Lots of fitness and 22 months of letters,cards,Video calls telephone conversarions etc.
  13. Soon after she left to study Horticulture in the USA where she stayed.She's a bit of a petrol head.
  14. The girl who I had last seen in the 80's around the time of this picture.
  15. And all the while I was in daily contact with my old flame from school.
  16. Within a week i was rowing up a down the river at a rate of Knots and using the oldest and only wooden racing boat.(Built in my City too)
  17. Next day I had moved on to a faster Scull unstablised too.No problem with that.
