  1. Just got back from a drive around the hills and to grab my supplies for tommorow...i normally miss the sunset preffering sunrise...just missed the Sun slipping away..Still quite an nice view.
  2. I try not to eat bread any more or use milk...i feel Amazing these days but after dropping from 16.5 stone to 15.5 my weight won't seem to go lower....but i am happy as i am...maybe its the correct weight for me....i allow myself Alcohol on Weekends but not much on Sunday.I think that covers everything😉
  3. No Alcohol during the week....just water.
  4. My Thai (Ex) Girlfriend and i go for a Cycle of at least 12 miles on Saturday morning.I realised i am not looking for a full time relationship right now...i am enjoying being a family man and Grandfather too much and really only need a good friend so she is my cycling buddy once a week and in the afternoon she cooks me any Thai dish i want but mostly she knows i like Drumsticks in Oyster sauce with Sticky rice...
  5. Ok...well i am strict monday to friday...i start the day with my one and only black coffee. Then yoghurt (45p) and fruit(14p).....Dinner i have salad(£1) with meat (chicken, turkey or fish at between £1-£2 max) water(19p at least 2 litres a day) in the evening i'll always have a bowl of Spinach or Pea soup (£1.50) i never stray from that Menu...i buy it every night as part of my VERY ritualistic routine...
  6. There's no place like home Steve....
  7. And this reminds me why i love my job so much...
  8. Healthy and delicious!...
  9. But i did enjoy a rather welcome dinner break...this time of year i can't stand being in the cab any longer than i have to so like today i tend to find a nice spot to sit....
  10. Not much to say about today other than we are bashing out the lifts...about half way through. The weather has been on our side again and working in the shade of the trees keeps the dehydration at bay although i still got through four litres of water.
  11. Warm sunshine with a lovely breeze.
  12. Superb Mick..very nice wood/grain and a touching keepsake.
  13. Ok Darrin....shall tell the opperator..i'm using petrol power on this job. Although the Silky attatchment is right up my street.
  14. The Spraying Mog has been given something new too...
  15. Cutting an avenue like this with over 160 trees requires the best equiptment for the job...As well as the Stihl long reach pruner we took a new lopper and saw blade....The best in my opinion...
  16. And loaded up the gear for today's job. (Clear low branches of many trees)
  17. Up early to See the sunrise...another promising day weatherwise if a little too hot to be clad in Kevlar.....Put my old faithful through the car wash...
  18. Not a cloud in the sky...and VERY warm.
  19. Agree with Wolfie on that statement...Plogs is the master Haggler!
