That makes sense Genset. I can see that being an issue.Do you have to wear thick gloves? Wonder why they haven't built in a dampering mechanism?

Back to today.We are ploughing through the Timber pile.Well,more like screwing through it.Whilst we were out climbing the boss brought in a splitter.Very effective attatchment by the looks of things.

It's lived most of it's life on my chainsaw trousers.My harness is fitted much tighter than my belt which then becomes redundant and is loose above my waist.It takes a hammering in the trees.I've abused it too much.I'm going to buy some braces and retire my belt for Civilian life only.The Belt maker said it should last a lifetime. "Lowthians of Durham" is the facebook group.Check them out.Andrew is a great chap.

Been Line clearance cutting mostly this week.whilst waiting to start yesterday i watched these linesmen further up the network.They will get a great view over Whitby.
