Just noticed this thread.I have always championed Silky Saws for a reason...Easily my favourite cutting tool (with my E-Saw a close second) I have tried Samurai a couple of times in the past and they had a terrible cutting action....both bent....and snapped. Silky and Samurai are poles apart in terms of quality and ability in my opinion

  7. The coffee in this place is delicious and a blend exclusive to this shop...and is my first Flat White....what a flavour!

  11. Had a soft drink in the pub for only the second time in my life! There is something quite peaceful about being sober at this time on a Saturday night in a Cafe bar in the heart of the City with lots of merry revellers passing by the window...Need a clear head for tonight's job....

Okay....the Adventure continues.I am about to walk into this Durham City centre pub to meet up with an old friend from my NCArb class of 96.....first time we met it was alongside my now boss and him at the bottom of a tree in a beech woodland learning how to tie a climbing system in one rope.Haven''t seen him for twenty something years
  15. Can't let the weather stop production.....otherwise we're in the wrong job and may aswell work in an office and wear a cheap suit with pointy shoes!😀😀😀
  16. well it's been a busy,flat out week and will be for a few weeks more on the clearance front.But work is work and i'm thankfull to be in a job i love and with a superb and professional team.So this Pint of Dawson's "100" Cizzer is really hitting the spot.Super Dry....but at 5.2% is Quite low strength and very drinkable.Cheers Arbtalkers!
