  1. i ware a blue tooth ear peice all day to save that dash for the phone and missing customers calls.

altho it means you always end up answering these unwanted calls.

i had one bloke blethering away in my ear for an hour as i was spraying weeds once (think i may have been lonely lol)

    :001_smile:

  2. If I'm correct (based on other posts) you're lucky to have the Honda 13HP engine. I have no experience of Mitsubishi and I'm really not sure about the much cheaper GTE 390.

I've been offered a second hand Jo Beau M300 for €4850 (£4350) incl. VAT....high price, but hey! this is Ireland.

I can import a new GTM Pro 13HP Mitsubishi for £3275 and try and deal with any future problems myself due to lack of dealer support over here.

yes iv got the honda engine so i couldnt comment on the mitsibishi (there both japan made to so youd think theyd be ok)

might be worth shopping around. i found this

COMMERCIAL CHIPPERS - Shredders / Chippers UK

there really isn't much to the wee chippers, engine, 2 belts, 2 bearings, 2 blades and a bit of bin beating and thats it.

  3. Found this ........"Force Feeding"

all the micro chippers dont really like dead woody stuff. there far better with connifers etc.

that chipper looks blunt compared to mine. also the branches sticking out the side are holding it back

i bought a GTM and im certinly not dissipointed with it.

  4. its all to do with the size of your plumbs

the bigger the number the bigger the plumbs

    only joking i run a u900 and

    na maybe thats right

only joking its basically a relation to the horse power. ie U1000 = 100hp, u1600 = 160hp (altho thats not quite true as the u1600 can be upto about 210hp ish)

also the 50 or L on the end of the number means its a long wheel base

  5. how different is the 90 to the 110?

we (2) dropped the tank and put it back in in under an hour on my 110 a month ago

there was only 4 nuts and 2 jubbilee clips to undo, drop the tank, twist a bit and undo the 4 fuel pipes (push fit things)

once the tanks out the sender / pump unscrews a bit and lifts out

of course they may be totally different :001_smile:
