  1. Yes .I bought one off Tony at the Arb fair before last ...takes a while to get used to the reel on the side of the harness ... But worth persevering with for having 5m of rope neatly stashed... I've been climbing quite a few years now and keep open minded about new bits of kit ,if I've got the pennies available to give it a go I will... Ease and efficiency is key
  2. The dyneema set up is much better than the velcro; the SJ stays in position,quicker change overs and smoother running IMO. My SJ was on its way to the bottom of the kit bag... till the dyneema came into play.
  3. I have a terravent machine in need of a few bits...ideas on who/where to get bits would be much appreciated !
  4. :thumbup1:Alryt rich hows things? Lovin sweden, learning loads and havin plenty of fun......... Doug is gonna enter us in to the danish and swedish climbing comps in the summer. My foot locking and srt is commin along and also the throw line to...................We had an aerial rescue day last week was really good to have a refresher + we were doing it with another company so met a few quality blokes. Not had a day were i've not climbed yet been full on. Bloody cold as well mate -23 was the coldest day!!snows a bit balls but, if you plan things with that in mind you dont really have a prob. My crew are alryt too, we all get along good and they work hard. Hows life back in the uk mate, buisness going well i hope? Glad i found you hear mate, be a good way to keep in contact. Take it easy Rich. :thumbup1:

    things were starting to melt ...a bit yesterday . 6 degrees by the end of the week in kent ?? .... The flippin met office bulletins change 5 times a day !!

  14. I was 16 when the storm hit, 2 months into a YTS working for what was Southern Tree Surgeons. An amazing eye opener to tree surgery.
  15. 441 ....fantastic saw, run mine on 20". I did stick a 30" on for a couple of cuts..... not something I would do on a regualar basis !! (had a breakdown....needed to finish a job ).
