As a dealer selling arb equipment the question has come up a couple of times, weather it is OK to sell ready tied prussic loops to the public ? What are your views ?

If you use something like an old t-shirt as a filter thats 100% cotton, it will filter out the crap and hold back any water content that you sometimes get from filling stations.

Rob D i can understand that you're a bit P***ed off, but at least Stihl told you they had a problem and were willing and would resolve it under warranty. I can give you a list of other manufactures as long as your arm that would tell you there was no problem when quite clearly there was.

There will be a bolt on the side of the gearbox with a Torx screw in it, take that out and if you use Stihl grease the thread on the grease tube is the same as the thread on the screw making it easy to get the grease in.

As a dealer we have noticed a big increase in sales of the EKN and most people that try it recommend it. Is every one aware that the price has come down by about £30.00

That name is not on my system, but we did have or computers stolen 14 months ago, and got complacent about backing up the database. So we lost over 4000 invoices of our data base. Back it up every other day now.
