    Hi Jonesie, I bought an MS660 from you in April at the Capel Manor show.

    Guys brought in back today saying that it is broken. I'm in Cambridge so it's a bit of a trek to get it back to you. The symptoms are: won't start, hard to pull over even with the decompression pushed in. when the chain brake is off the chain will turn as it is pulled over.

    Is there anything you suggest that I try before I return it. Cheers, Ed.
