Yup, T'is true, A guy i sub too brought one down last winter, He asked the home owner to ring up, Which they did, The home owner told BT that a branch had "fallen" off a tree in the wind and took the line down, BT, give them there due arrived that day, We were obviously there to tidy up said "fallen" branch and take down the "unsafe" tree as a result Like Rupe says, Sometimes you just have to play the system
