I think i heard a chap on the radio saying certain jobs will be reviewed at 65, IE a physical job and the person in question cannot carry out the job well enough anymore. Maybe that person in their head thinks they have still got it BUT everyone around them knows that arent what they used to be.

Take the housing off next to the rollers, You may see alot of crap built up thats stopping the top roller sit back down properly, Lift the roller up (take springs off first) clear all the crap out and you may find the problem is solved. Hopefuly its that, As it costs nowt to fix
