I've done a lot of horrific reductions. I'm an employee; what else am I supposed to do? Saying that, I know I changed the way my previous employer looked at tree work, so hopefully, my karma is pretty even. Devil's advocate: How can you think of pruning as being 'moral' or 'immoral'. Surely, the only moral standing you should consider is that of ripping off your customers or not.

Get Jeff Jepson's 'The Tree Climber's Companion' and/or get yourself on an nptc training course. Even if you don't do the exam, you can get a feel for it and see if you like it without forking out for the climbing gear beforehand. You dig? lol

Kimas are immense. I've had mine for three years this september, and they're still going strong. Wore the new Eltens (green and black) for a few weeks about a month ago and haven't worn them since. The level of comfort that comes with the Klimas is not easy to match. I guess I'm spoilt.
