I'm amazed how their nests even hold together sometimes, they are the laziest nest builders. I think they just rely on their crap keeping things together

Is it just me or do there seem to be more nesting birds this year?
  10. You can put a photo of any dimensions in and it wont be squashed as the software will let you position it. It just didn't work with the images that were transferred over from vbulletin
  11. I just preferred the look of them circular

  13. Sorry, all avatars have to be the same. The reason they are squashed is because the old format on vbulletin was 200x400. I havent been able to find a way to bring these images over without squashing, they will just need to be replaced user end. Don't worry though, everyone knows you're not really that tubby.

  16. Thanks for taking the one to register and leave feedback. i will look at the software later and see if turning off avatars at a user level is possible. youre right about the pinned posts, I neglected them and will sort them out later the grid does seem to be putting people off, perhaps I will rethink it. I really thought most people just used the today's post button to browse
  17. Thanks for the feedback. which areas do you think look cluttered? i did look at xenforo extensively, even purchased a license and had it installed on my server running the arbtalk database for a time. I just decided that it was great at being a forum software but that was all, so many plug ins were required for it to be anything else. ips is a better think for a more commercial forum, everything Integrates so much better
  18. so do the exact same thing now! all those functions are there
  19. tell us how you would have done it previously
