I'm in Kent for a few days in a small van. Wouldn't mind taking a decent millable piece back with me. Anything 400mm+ wide and I could squeeze about 4-5' length in the van! Just want the one piece to get some nice planks from. Don't want to make the van sweat too much!

There was a guy on arbbay called Mathew Burgin who had some nice holm oak for sale nr Sevenoaks. I saw at a country show recently milling with an Alaskan. You should be able to find him on Facebook

Hey! I'm in Bromley! I've got some horrid lumps of pine if you're interested haha!!!! might be able to get a small postbox out of one ;)

 

 

 

Any pics? Might be able to nip over if they aren't too horrid! Pine could be good for the bark more than anything.
