Hi all, haven't been on all weekend. Thanks for your kind words.

 

For those wanting to take the next step, it's all about trusting your staff. Find some decent staff who you can rely on, trust and know that you won't get phone calls from saying that this has broken/what are we meant to be doing here etc etc.

 

Anybody want any advice feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer with my experience.
