Stihl 020 Chain and Bar

Hi~ Have picked up an old 020. Hoping to get it sorted but needs Bar/Sprocket and Chain. Heard that that old chain unavailable so asking what my options are.Hoping for some info please:001_smile: Many Thanks Andy

Either way, the bar Chain and sprocket should be interchangeable with those of a ms200t.

Yes, the B&C also fit the 020AVT but the sprocket is different!

It'll then list the compatible chain and sprocket options underneath.

The correct sprocket is - 1114 640 2001 (3/8), your 1/4" will be part 1114 640 2000

 

The part is listed on L&S - Chain Sprocket 3/8'' Picco 6T for Stihl 020 - 1114 640 2001 | Stihl MS200/MS200T/020/020T Chainsaw Spares

Christ, when you said 'old 020' I didn't think you meant that old. The 020av is a bit before my time. Sorry for the misinformation.

 

(if you want a REALLY obsolete saw, I have a 338xpt kicking around somewhere). Lol
