Farmi mastersplit wp36 ram sticking

Anyone?

 

Fairly desperate as I have processing jobs coming up and a machine out of action. Took the end cap off but the spring was fine. Riko have tried to help but diagnoses over a phone is never going to be easy.

Yes I got it from Flexosprings http://www.flexosprings.com/search-products?sku=343716+

 

It's not identical but works perfectly

I did a temporary fix as I had the bits at hand. Been working fine since

Haha. Great minds and all that. I used some lengths of bungy for a while
