Anyone?

 

Fairly desperate as I have processing jobs coming up and a machine out of action. Took the end cap off but the spring was fine. Riko have tried to help but diagnoses over a phone is never going to be easy.

It wasn't. It had wedged itself together and looked in tact.

 

Any recommends one places to get one off the shelf? Riko are out of stock

I think I've got the same problem, Would you have details of the spring that's to be replaced?

Haha. Great minds and all that. I used some lengths of bungy for a while
