Hitch cord

I have just been given some of this cord New England Therma-Shield 8mm Friction Cord Anybody used it?

iv'e used it mate, i have had no problems with it, seem very good,

Its HRC. Bit soft for my tastes, splices easy enough.

hrc, yes i have some of that. it felt ok at first, didnt feel so good after a couple of days though..seems to bind a little if i remember rightly....also quite pricey?

Ditto. Not a fan. Doesnt really glaze, just gets dirty binds up.

im using it on my tachyon at the moment and actually quite like it, yes it does get quite dirty but havnt really found that it binds at all, actually switch from my armour prus to this as i found that the armour prus was binding to much

what hitch/ pulley combo are you using John?

hitch climber, 4 wraps 2 braids tied with the top leg under the bottom leg on both braids, cant give you the cord length as my kit bags in the truck and its raining out
